Our stay was very very good, really enjoyed incredible breakfasts.

Location: the hotel was not far from a bus station between the 7th Military Zone Stadium, " Great Bear " restaurant and the city center.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic as for the meals, all the food was good! Had a perfect and tidy room with breakfast for 2, safe and a refrigerator, and I couldn't ask for more. Everything here was pleasant, I would stay here again.

Conveniently located, we were just a short walk away from Vietnam North and Centre, a great supermarket, and a Chinese restaurant 🥡. Additionally, it's close to the airport.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a mix of Vietnamese and Western options and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. They even gifted us with sandwiches and fruit upon our early morning check out. We also appreciated the hotel's clean facilities and parking availability.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and it's easy to get there. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, it was great for a refreshing swim, although it could use a bit more seating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is starting to show some signs of age, especially in the carpets which are a little stained and outdated. , the pool service was not very good, as there were no staff available to provide drinks or food.

the hotel's location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the availability of an electric car to transfer between hotels within the compound.

Although the room service was a little bit slow, we didn't have any major complaints. the wifi in the hotel didn't work consistently which created problems.

The moment I stepped inside this luxurious hotel, I felt pampered. the service was impeccable and the spa centre was top, notch. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a relaxed atmosphere with sun loungers on the sun terrace. My favorite moment of the day was spent in the garden area, surrounded by lush plants. the room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and came with exclusive amenities. the in, room breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

One minor issue I faced was with the packed lunches. Although they were tasty and convenient, the options were limited.
